National Bank golf in LL Saturday

National Bank of Malawi (NBM) will on Saturday host a golf tournament at Lilongwe Golf Club (LGC).

This is an annual tournament which brings together golfers from all golf clubs nationwide.

National Bank corporate affairs manager Annie Magola said supporting golf is an integral part of the bank’s strategy and provides an opportunity to reach out to its customers.

“Through golf, we are also able to communicate our brand value in a symbolic and emotional way. The bank will also be interested to get feedback for its products and services from the golfers.

“As an organisation, National Bank is deeply involved in golf tournaments in the country and already this year, we hosted a big tournament at Blantyre Sports Club [BSC],” she said.

Magola said the tournament will be open to both customers of the bank as well as potential ones.

“The format of the tournament will be medal. Men and ladies will have separate competitions,” she said. n
